Google Sheets Integration

Thanks to our Google Sheets integration, it's easier than ever to build custom dashboards, updated in real-time, based on your Dotfile data.

You now have the flexibility to implement your own risk scoring matrix, track analysts' productivity or other metrics you care about.

In the coming days, we will release a Dashboard Template that does just that, to get you started even faster.

Identity Review Methods

Regardless of the Identity Verification provider you are using through Dotfile, you sometimes want the ability to override their decision. For instance, you may want to have a look at an identity document before the check is considered rejected and triggers an email.

This feature will allow you to switch from the default "automatic" to a "manual" review mode.

Onboarding Flow Redirection

If you are a using the Dotfile Onboarding Flow instead of the standard Dotfile client portal, you can know link your URL in the setting section of your Dotfile workspace.

Clicking the "Share Portal" button will now redirect users on your custom Dotfile Onboarding Flow, and they will pick up right where they left, seeing what actions they have to perform.

Company Classifications

Dotfile now natively supports several types of local, European or worldwide company classification standards. Company classifications are enriched automatically from our business data providers whenever possible.

Global Document Ordering with Kyckr Integration

We're thrilled to announce that Dotfile now integrates with Kyckr, giving you the ability to order official company documents from dozens of countries directly within our platform. This feature will make your verification process quicker and more seamless than ever before.

Google SSO

Logging into Dotfile just got easier. We've introduced Google SSO to Dotfile, allowing you to log in with your Google account. This update adds an extra layer of convenience and security to your Dotfile experience.

Verification Templates

We've made some significant improvements to our Verification Templates. You can now switch the template applied to a case, allowing you to escalate to Enhanced Customer Due Diligence if needed. This update adds a new layer of flexibility to your verification process.

Case Assignment

Collaboration within your team is now more straightforward with the ability to assign Cases to specific teammates. Know at a glance who is working on what, streamlining your workflow and helping your team operate more efficiently.

Check Deletion

We understand that mistakes happen. That's why we've introduced the ability to delete checks. If an error is made, simply delete the check and start fresh. We hope this feature makes your verification process smoother and more forgiving.
