Conditional Logic

Conditional logic can be used for complex customer journeys where different questions are asked based on the situation.

This conditional logic can be applied at two levels:

• Conditional Steps: Determine whether an entire step should be visible to the end user based on conditions fulfilled by answers to fields in previous steps.
• Conditional Fields: Specify whether certain fields within a step should be displayed and/or required based on the answers to previous fields, either in the same step or in prior steps.
