Conditional logic

Use conditional logic for customer journeys where the questions asked depend on the answers given.

You can apply it at two levels:

• Conditional steps: decide whether a whole step is shown to the end user, based on the answers they gave in previous steps.
• Conditional fields: decide whether a field within a step is shown, and whether it is required, based on the answers to earlier fields in the same step or in previous steps.
