The Company Object
Types of companies
In a KYB case, multiple companies can be included. These companies are divided into two categories:
- Main Company: This is the primary entity undergoing due diligence.
- Affiliated Companies: These are legal entities that are part of the ownership structure of the main company and may require additional verification.
Not relevant companies
The concept of non-relevancy applies to affiliated companies that you may consider outside the scope of the KYB. If you mark an affiliated company as not relevant, the entity will remain in the system but with the same adjustments (their checks will be removed from the task list, they will be excluded from templates, they will be hidden in the case graph, hidden in the client portal, AML monitoring will be disabled for them)
