Outbound Communications Configurations
On your settings, head over the Communications menu, then on Sender configuration and follow these steps to set up your outbound communications:
- Sender Name
- This is the name displayed to the business contact when they receive communications.
- If this field is left blank, the default sender name will be the Workspace name.
- Sender User
- This is the email address (e.g., [email protected]) used to send communications to the business contact.
- By default, this will be set to communication-hub.

- Configure a Custom Email Domain
- Enable a custom email domain to ensure all outbound communications are sent from your domain.
- If not configured, the default Dotfile email domain will be used.
