Outbound Communications Configurations

On your settings, head over the Communications menu, then on Sender configuration and follow these steps to set up your outbound communications:

  1. Sender Name
    • This is the name displayed to the business contact when they receive communications.
    • If this field is left blank, the default sender name will be the Workspace name.
  2. Sender User
    • This is the email address (e.g., [email protected]) used to send communications to the business contact.
    • By default, this will be set to communication-hub.
  1. Configure a Custom Email Domain
    • Enable a custom email domain to ensure all outbound communications are sent from your domain.
    • If not configured, the default Dotfile email domain will be used.
