Workflows
Workflows allow you to define with JavaScript which Templates or Checks will be run when a user submit an application through the Client Portal. It is helpful for implementing complex rules such as:

If the country of incorporation is either France or Germany then apply the Template "European KYB"

If the answer to the question "Are you regulated?" is YES, then ask a document "Proof of license" and add a tag on the Case "Is Regulated"

Custom wordings
Custom wordings allow you to personalize the labels and descriptions of each check (eg. documents, identity verification) on the last page of the Client Portal. This is helpful when you want to give your counterparty clarifications on the exact type of document that you accept.
