Case notes
Leave comments on a case so your team can pick up where you left off
Introduction
Case notes are comments left on a case, so that you and your teammates can follow what has been done and what is left to do. They are most useful when several people work on the same complex case.
Replies to a note are grouped into threads.
How to leave a case note
Case notes are in the case summary tab.
The editor supports rich text, so you can:
- Tag or mention other users
- Insert links
- Edit your comment
Notifications for case notes
Each user can configure their notifications so that they do not miss a mention or a reply to a note that concerns them.
