Case notes

Introduction

Case notes Allow you to enhance the collaboration between Dotfile users. You will be able to leave comments and communicate with your team members at the case level. Leveraging case notes is particularly useful when multiple users need to collaborate or take action toward the validation of a complex case.

For a better collaboration experience, replies to notes are organized into threads.

How to Leave a Case Note

Case notes are located within the case summary tab.

Rich text editing capabilities allow you to:

  • Tag or mention other users
  • Insert links
  • Edit your comment

Set Up Your Notifications for Case Notes

Each user can configure their notifications so that they don't miss any mentions or replies to notes that concern them.
