Today, we're happy to announce more API-driven product updates to give you both top UX (user experience) and top DX (Developer experience).
Retrieve Activities via API
You can now retrieve all your case's activities via API. You can store and analyze your case's activities in your systems. Let us know how you will use this new endpoint!

Advanced Tags Filtering
You can now filter cases by tags and apply the following filters:
- Include any of
- Include all of
- Exclude if any of
- Exclude if all of
Other API improvements
- Create and attach Tags via API
- More documentation and links on API references
- Empty strings are considered as
null - Better handle date and date-time
- Filter operators are now consistent and documented
