Save user progress

If the case does not exist, but will be created from the client portal

Clicking Save for later on any step automatically saves the entire form, ensuring a smooth user experience in the Client Portal.

If the case exists, and its status is Draft

Progress is auto-saved every time the end user clicks Next on the form. This ensures a seamless experience, especially for longer forms where users may need to navigate back and forth, close and re-open the client portal, before final completion.
