We're pleased to announce the release of a new step in the flexibility of the Dotfile platform: Custom properties on Case, Company, and Individual.

Custom properties on Case, Company, and individual

Custom properties allow you to extend the data model of the Case, Company, and Individual entities if you need to save specific information that is not part of the default properties of these entities.

These custom properties are fields with constrained values. When creating one, you can choose from the following types of property:

Text
Date
Yes/No
Choices (single or multiple choice)
Countries (single or multiple countries)

Once created, custom properties can be edited in the same way as Case, Company, or Individual properties.

ID Document data comparison

You asked for it so we delivered! On any ID Document check, we now run a data comparison between the extracted data and the individual data (First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth). We handle the complex use cases with our matching system for human names.

This is now displayed in the check detailed results under the Data comparison indicator.

Case last activity

We have a new fully synced last activity on the Case object that is always up to date whenever an action has been done on the case. You can find and filter on it in the Console App and the API.
