My onboardings

Introduction

"My Onboardings" page is a feature that provides business contacts a centralized view of all their onboarding directly in the client portal. This feature eliminates the need to search across multiple portals or switch between different tabs, creating a streamlined onboarding experience.

How it works

Onboardings are automatically organized into three clear categories:

  • Pending Actions: onboardings requiring actions or in draft status. Business contact can click the Resume button to continue onboarding flow with a single click
  • Under Review: onboardings currently being processed with no action required
  • Completed: Completed onboardings for information


There are three primary ways to access your onboardings page:

New Onboarding Process from Client Portal:

  • When starting a new onboarding, business contact be asked to verify email address
  • An email will be sent with a "Resume your flow" link
  • Clicking this link will take to My Onboardings page

Resume from Client Portal:

  • Access the Resume feature directly from client portal
  • An email will be sent with a "Resume your flow" link
  • Clicking this link will take to My Onboardings page

Access a Client portal link from sharing process from the Workspace

  • Business contact will receive an email with a "Resume your flow" link or directly the link to the client portal
  • Access to My Onboardings page will be available in the header menu

If business contact has only one onboarding, clicking the “Resume your flow” link will redirect directly to that onboarding's client portal page — no additional steps required.
