We are super excited to share the release of notifications along with some other features. Continue reading to learn about our new Webhooks Management UI and other API improvements.

Notifications

Dotfile now has a notification center, that gives you the ability to choose between in-app and email delivery. You can receive notifications when you are assigned to a Case and when something - such as a status change - happens on it.

Webhooks Management

You can now use the in-app interface to create the webhooks you want instead of relying on the API only. You can also view logs and retry webhooks as well as easily switch from online to offline.

Spreadsheet-based Risk Matrix

Connect Google Sheets and use our Risk Matrix Template to have a real-time view of the risk of all your cases.

Parameters included are the industry of a company, its age, and country of incorporation. For individuals, the factors taken into account are their residence country and the presence of AML hits.

You can customize the weighting of each parameter and easily override default settings if needed.

Review by API

Until now, if you were creating a document check by API, it had the status Need Review. The only way to Approve or Reject the document was on the app. Thanks to this new endpoint, you can do that via API. It's useful for instance when you want to upload a lot of existing profiles in Dotfile, for which you have already approved the documents.
