New "Draft" status for cases

We are introducing a new "Draft" status for the Case object in Dotfile. This release will give you far more flexibility when it comes to using Client Portals primarily for 2 use cases :

End users go back and edit Client Portal information : Previously, once a user had reached the final "Check" step of a Client Portal, they could not go back to the previous steps and edit some of their answers. With this new feature, if you change the status of a Case to "Draft" and share any Client Portal link with a user, they will now be able to edit all their information; this can be useful when new information is required or during remediation.

Start an onboarding process and finish it later : With resume flow your end users will be able to start an onboarding process in the client portal and click on the save it for later button to receive a mail with an authenticated link to continue the process later.

Pre fill your users data : If you usually pre fill your users data, you will be able to do so and send them a client portal link to complete the missing information, review and modify the prefilled ones and upload their documents.
