Promote a webhook

The new "Live" promotion provides greater control over your webhooks' availability. This promotion designates a webhook as persistently online, preventing automatic shutdowns due to high error rates.
Normally, a webhook with more than 50 errors within a 24-hour period would automatically go offline. By promoting a webhook, this automatic shutdown is disabled.

While you will continue to receive notifications of high error rates, a "High Error Rate" indicator will be displayed in your webhook settings, the webhook itself will remain online. During periods of high error rates, the automatic retry function is disabled until the webhook returns to a healthy state.
This allows you to address the underlying issues without disrupting the overall flow of data.

Targeted Retry for Failed Webhook Calls

When your promoted webhook have multiple failed calls, recovering from these outages is now significantly easier.
You can retry all failed webhook calls of a promoted webhook within a user-defined date range (maximum 30 days).

This targeted retry functionality allows you to address specific periods of failure. Please note that the retry process may take some time depending on the volume of failed calls. The webhook must be online and in a healthy state to utilize the retry functionality.
