Templates

A Template is essentially a checklist, a convenient way to automatically run a set of checks on a specific case. You can attach a Template to a case either during its creation or later, manually or via API, to efficiently apply the necessary checks to all relevant entities at once.

Treat Templates as layers that can be sequentially executed, one atop the other. One instance where this applies is switching from a "Standard KYB" to an "Enhanced Due Diligence" Template when the Risk level calls for it. The new Template will supplement the Case with additional checks.
