Today, we're pleased to introduce a big update on the case reporting that aims to boost productivity by giving you a holistic view of the entire case.
All case information in a single PDF file
Until now, all Case-related documents could be exported via both the Console and the API. From now on, you will be able to generate a single PDF file report with all Case information in it! This smart feature will reduce the siloing of case data and contribute to better reporting.
