Today, we are happy and proud to release a special feature to push further the Dotfile platform: Case Graph. It will visually represent complex company structures.
Case Graph
The case graph is a comprehensive graphical representation of the ownership structure of the company that is the target of the KYB process.
It has been introduced to provide a complete view of the case with all its entities:
- The main company: the main target of the KYB. It is unique to a case and all the individuals in the case are directly or indirectly associated with it.
- The individuals: beneficial owners, legal representatives, and shareholders, that are directly or indirectly associated with the main company.
- Affiliated companies: legal entities which have interests in the main company. They may be between an individual or another legal entity who has an indirect interest in the main company. There can be many affiliated companies within one case.
The graph is editable and actionable, making it easy to navigate between entities, facilitating investigations, and improving your analyst's efficiency.
You can add individuals and affiliated companies, and manage relationships between them.
