Get case and check activity in the Slack channels your team already reads
Connect your Slack workspace to receive Dotfile alerts and notifications in real time, in a channel of your choice or as a direct message to specific team members. From Slack, you can react, tag colleagues and act on your Dotfile tasks without opening Dotfile.
Setup
To activate the integration, go to Settings > Integrations > Configure Slack. A pop-up window appears:
- Connect your Slack account and designate the channel that receives the automated notifications.
- Select the events that trigger a notification, such as a new check to review or a rejected case.
