The general settings of a portal, including its UUID and redirect behavior

The general settings of a Client Portal are:

SettingWhat it does
UUID of the Client PortalIdentifies the portal, which matters when you run several of them. The UUID is a path parameter in the portal URL.
Default templateThe template applied when the workflow does not set a specific one.
Support emailThe address contacts can write to when they run into an error.
Redirect URLWhere contacts are sent once all checks are complete. You can use the variables {caseId} and {externalId} in the URL, and they are replaced dynamically.
Allow creation of new cases from the client portalLets unknown users submit a case through the form. When it is off, the portal is only accessible to business contacts attached to an existing case, and they are taken straight to the check page.
Allow collaboration on the portalLets the primary business contact share access to the portal with other people.
Define link validity durationHow long the URL stays accessible before the contact has to authenticate again.
