Define your step list and order

A Client Portal is made of several steps. The default steps are mandatory, and you can create custom steps to build the journey you want.

To add a step, click the + button, then give it a title and a description that explain what it is for. You can place custom steps anywhere in the journey by dragging and dropping them.
