Custom Domain Configuration

The client portal URL can be configured with a custom domain. To do this, open your client portal, switch it online, and you will be prompted with a custom domain configuration button.

To configure a custom domain, please log in to your DNS provider and follow the instructions provided.

ℹ️

Important note:

• It may take some time for the SSL certificate to be generated and for the DNS to fully propagate.
• Your client portal custom domain can be a top-level domain, but it must be a dedicated one (ex: dedicated-domain.com).
• Otherwise, it should be a subdomain of your existing top-level domain (ex: onboarding.mydomain.com).
