In this update, we are releasing several highly anticipated features, such as Custom Roles for advanced permissions, more granular controls over AML screening, and a variety of API improvements.

Custom AML Profiles

On top of the main categories (Sanctions, PEP, Adverse Media, Warning, Fitness & Probity), you now have the possibility to customize exactly which lists to include for screening among hundreds. This can be done by reaching out to your Technical Account Manager.

Download Documents by API

We also released a new endpoint Retrieve Case Documents that makes it easier to download in batch all the documents related to a Case. This allows you to easily back up important data and simplify integration with your own systems.

Review Checks by API

We now give you the ability to both Approve or Reject checks and add comments directly through our API. This applies to Document checks, AML, Identity Document and Identity Verification.

In addition to reviewing checks, you are also able to confirm or ignore AML hits via API through a new endpoint.

Those capabilities unlock new integration use cases and will simplify the migration of existing data that has already been reviewed.

Adding Tags by API

We are finally releasing a frequently asked API feature: the ability to apply to tags by API. This allows you to more finely organize Cases and apply Tags programmatically depending on customer characteristics.
