What a Client Portal is

Client Portals are customer-facing pages that collect information and documents from your counterparties. A Client Portal is a multi-step onboarding journey that you personalize with your own requirements.

Client Portals are meant to replace Onboarding Flows, an earlier Dotfile product. Unlike Onboarding Flows, a Client Portal can be edited entirely in the Dotfile app, without help from the Dotfile team.
