Periodic review and Approval Flow

We are pleased to share the release of the Periodic Review feature as well as share improvements to the Approval Flow (ability to add Approval and Rejection comments).

This periodic review process is also closely related to our Risk Scoring feature so don't hesitate to reach out to our support in case of any questions.
Finally, if you want to enable Periodic Review retroactively for Cases approved before today, let us know and we will take care of it.
From now on, you won't miss any periodic case reviews.
