Introducing Bulk actions

We’re excited to roll out Bulk Actions in Dotfile, making it effortless to act on many Cases, Checks, Companies, or Individuals at once—right from any view.

What’s new

Smart selection: Select multiple items using checkboxes or select all on filtered or paginated views.
Contextual actions: A Bulk Actions menu shows only what’s relevant for the entity type.
- Cases: assign template, add tags, send communication, delete
- Checks: delete
- Companies & Individuals: add checks (with required inputs where applicable)
Real-time execution: Track actions as they run, retry on failed items, get completion notifications, and review detailed results.
Permissions: Fine-grained access ensures only authorized users can perform bulk actions.
