How to use the Integration Studio

  1. Accessing Integration Studio
    Go to your Dotfile console → SettingsIntegrationsIntegration Studio.
    No setup required—your workspace comes with a ready-to-use connection to Dotfile.
    From here, you can build, manage, and monitor your workflows.
  2. Managing Connections
    Use and manage your app connections from the Connections panel. By default, your workspace already has a connection with the Dotfile connector. You can directly use it in a recipe.
  3. Building Recipes
    Use the embedded designer to create recipes.
  • Start from scratch defining a name and a trigger event then add actions to connect with apps to build your workflow—send Slack messages, update CRM records, and more.
  • Use the Library to access hundreds of pre-build recipes. It’s designed to help you get started quickly by reusing best-practice automations instead of building everything from scratch. From the library, you can:
    • Browse and copy recipes for common use cases.
    • Discover connectors for popular business apps.
    • Learn how other teams structure their automations.

  1. Tracking usage
    Monitor recipe execution and task usage in the Dashboard view. If you hit your plan limits, reach out to Dotfile Support or your Customer Success Manager.
