Bulk actions

We’re excited to roll out Bulk Actions in Dotfile, making it effortless to act on many Cases, Checks, Companies, or Individuals at once—right from any view.

What’s new

  • Smart selection: Select multiple items using checkboxes or select all on filtered or paginated views.
  • Contextual actions: A Bulk Actions menu shows only what’s relevant for the entity type.
    • Cases: assign template, add tags, send communication, delete
    • Checks: delete
    • Companies & Individuals: add checks (with required inputs where applicable)
  • Real-time execution: Track actions as they run, retry on failed items, get completion notifications, and review detailed results.
  • Permissions: Fine-grained access ensures only authorized users can perform bulk actions.

  • Empower your team to move faster with confidence and visibility.

Get started by selecting rows in any view—your Bulk Actions menu will appear automatically.

ComplyAdvantage Mesh

We’re excited to announce our new integration with ComplyAdvantage Mesh, the next evolution of our AML screening and monitoring solution.

What’s new

You can now define your screening configuration directly in Dotfile Settings:

  • Choose what to screen: Sanctions, Warnings and Fitness & Probity, PEPs, Adverse Media.
  • Select list coverage: Don’t screen, screen all current and future lists, or pick specific lists.
  • Adjust fuzziness: From 0 (exact match) to 100 (broad match).
  • Reduce false positives with smart filters:
    • Country filter
    • Remove weak aliases
    • Exclude deceased or delisted entities
    • Filter out inactive or “out-of-office” PEPs (1 year / 5 years)

Each workspace includes a default configuration (all categories, 50% fuzziness), plus up to 4 additional customizable ones.
