Analytics

Analytics now opens on three dashboards built by Dotfile: an executive Overview, AML & Screening, and Documents, ID & eKYC. Anything they do not cover, you ask Autonomy for in plain language: it draws the chart in the conversation, and once you approve it, keeps it on a dashboard of your own that you arrange as you would present it. Open any figure to see the records behind it, export them, or export a whole dashboard as a PDF. Read more here.

Email & Phone verification

Email & Phone verification is now a check of its own. Launch it on an individual and it reports whether the address is valid and the number is a live mobile line, how long the address and its domain have existed, how often they have been searched recently and by how many organisations, and two aggregate fraud and trust scores, before you pay for an identity check. It is available to every workspace and is pre-added to templates created from 15 September onward, on the business contact; it bills as one line at one credit per check, and templates that already exist are untouched, so nothing runs and nothing changes on your invoice until you add it yourself. Dark mode

The console can now be shown in a dark theme. Open the user menu at the bottom left and pick Light, Dark, or Follow system to track your operating system. It is a personal preference, stored in the browser you set it in, with nothing for an admin to enable. Read more here.
