Data Lineage, Skills & Routines for Autonomy

Product update • Aug 18th, 2026

Data Lineage

Every property in a case now tells you where its value came from. Click any property to see which registry, provider, check or person reported it, and when, alongside every change made since the case was created. Because sources never overwrite each other, a property can show the value you hold plus everything the sources said, so disagreement between two registers becomes visible instead of invisible. Nothing to enable and no data to migrate. Read more here.

Skills for Autonomy

Autonomy now ships with a library of ready-made skills: proven prompts behind a slash command. Type /case-review and you send a full review procedure without having written it, or open the library to browse all of them across cases, queue, audits and configuration. Star the ones you use and they wait for you on the Autonomy home screen. Read more here.

Routines for Autonomy

A routine is a prompt that runs without you: on a schedule, on an event in your workspace, or on a call from your own systems. Sweep the cases whose periodic review is overdue every night, recap a case the moment its status changes, chase the client portals nobody has submitted. Every run keeps its full transcript, so you can read what it touched, what it skipped and why. Read more here.
